ALL LARGE ITEMS WILL REQUIRE SET UP AND TEAR DOWN BY ALL OCCASION RENTALS. WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR CUSTOMERS TO DO SET UP AND TEAR DOWNS ON DANCE FLOORS OR TENTS.
ALL SURFACES NEED TO BE FLAT AND LEVEL IF GOING ON CONCRETE, ASPHALT, GRASS OR DIRT.
FOR PLANNING AN EVENT YOU CAN CALCULATE 50% TO 70% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS WILL BE ON THE DANCE FLOOR AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
ALL OCCASION RENTALS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL RENTAL, SET UP, AND TEAR DOWN OF THE DANCE FLOOR BASED UPON WEATHER CONCERNS. IF THE EQUIPMENT CANNOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE THERE IS A CHANCE OF RAIN, THEN THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PLACED ON THE ORDER FOR THE DANCE FLOOR WILL BE REFUNDED.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE DANCE FLOOR. EACH SECTION OF THE DANCE FLOOR IS COLOR OAK 3’X3’IS $350.00 EA PIECE AND BLACK, WHITE OR CHECKERED 3’ X 4’ IS $500 EA PIECE TO REPLACE. DAMAGES CAN INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO FIRE, RAIN, SNOW, OR ANY OTHER SITUATION IN WHICH THE DANCE FLOOR IS DAMAGED.
