Terms and Conditions

NOTE: Driver pick-up time is approximate. The customer is responsible for, and required to stay with all the equipment until it is picked up by our representative, or other arrangements have been made.

1. Equipment, Rent, Payment, and Term of Rental Agreement

Customer rents from All Occasion Rentals certain equipment described on the invoice page of this Agreement. The rental fee set forth is payable, in full, in advance, and the rental term shall be that listed as «date»: «start»-«end» on the invoice page. All of Customer's obligations run from actual delivery to actual pickup by All Occasion Rentals. No refunds will be issued for unused equipment due to weather or other causes once accepted.

2. Weather

All Occasion Rentals cannot guarantee weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental before delivery if severe weather is expected or if there is any risk to equipment or users. Examples include high winds, excessive rain, and lightning.

3. Delivery

All Occasion Rentals will deliver the equipment to the «address» specified by the customer. The customer grants us the right to enter the property for delivery, setup, and pickup at the approximate times provided.

4. Will Call

The person paying must be present with a photo ID and debit/credit card. Will call hours are M–F, 10:30am–3:30pm. Weekend pickups must be on Friday, with returns on Monday. Staff will not assist in loading/unloading. Equipment will only be released to the individual who paid. Late returns will incur additional rental fees.

5. Receipt/Inspection of Rental Equipment

Equipment is rented "as is." Customer agrees to inspect equipment prior to use and not use any item deemed unsuitable. Customer confirms all received equipment is in working order. No guarantees are made regarding condition or performance.

6. Possession/Title

Possession begins at delivery and ends at pickup. Any delay in pickup or failure to return items is a breach of this agreement. Customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of lost/stolen items and any associated costs. Customer must not transfer, move, or sublet equipment. All Occasion Rentals may retrieve items without notice. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold All Occasion Rentals harmless for any related claims or costs.

7. Tent

Customer agrees to:

  1. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals unless otherwise contracted.
  2. Have installation area cleared before setup and takedown times.
  3. Clearly mark the tent location.
  4. Be present or appoint ONE individual for the entire process.
  5. Ensure a clear area 10 feet wider/longer than the tent dimensions.
  6. Accept additional charges for delays or unprepared sites.

Customer holds All Occasion Rentals harmless from any claims related to:

  • Delivery, loading, unloading, installation, takedown, and use.
  • Contact with underground utilities or obstructions.
  • Required surface repairs.
  • Natural events (e.g., wind, hail, floods) and Acts of God.
  • Damage/cleaning due to prohibited cooking near or under tents.

Tent Staking

We assume no liability for surface damage (e.g., asphalt, concrete). You are responsible for patching/repair. For underground utilities, contact DIG ALERT at 8-1-1 or 800-422-4133 at least one week in advance. Tents may not be moved or dismantled without written approval. Additional charges apply for pickup at a different location. Tents are rented "as is." We make no guarantees regarding waterproofing or material condition.

8. Care of the Rental Equipment

Customer is responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. Ordinary wear is defined as normal deterioration through proper use.

9. Compliance with Laws

Customer agrees not to use equipment illegally or unsafely and must comply with all laws and regulations. Customer is responsible for any licenses, permits, or fines incurred.

10. Duty to Mitigate

In the event of injury, damage, or loss due to customer negligence, the customer agrees to mitigate all related costs.

11. Cancellation Policy

  1. 50% deposit is non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation 16+ days prior to delivery/will call = 50% refund.
  3. Cancellation 8–15 days prior = 40% refund.
  4. Cancellation 1–7 days prior = No refund.
