SMS opt-in information and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Carrier messaging providers (e.g., 8x8) are the only third parties that process this data, and only for the purpose of sending the messages you requested.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, understand visitor behavior, and improve advertising relevance:

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we do store, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted-access systems, and least-privilege account permissions for staff.

7. Data Retention

We retain customer information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for legitimate accounting, tax, and legal recordkeeping. Quote and rental records are typically retained for seven (7) years. SMS opt-in records are retained while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after to demonstrate compliance.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Access a copy of your personal information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate information we hold about you.
