• Please confirm the centerpiece’s approximate height, width, colors, container style, and available quantity before completing your reservation.
• Open flames must not be placed near or inside the floral arrangement.
• Battery-operated LED candles are recommended unless another option is approved by the venue.
• Do not cut, remove, rearrange, bend, or alter any part of the centerpiece.
• The centerpiece must be placed on a stable, level surface away from high-traffic areas.
• Outdoor use must be approved in advance and protected from rain, excessive heat, wind, and water.
• A refundable cleaning deposit will be added to the cart.
• Cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if the centerpiece is returned stained, wet, burned, altered, damaged, or missing components.
• Delivery, pickup, setup, removal, damage waiver, and additional floral design services are not included unless listed separately on the rental agreement.
