165-Quart Ice Chest Rental provides a large, lidded cooler for beverage service at weddings, corporate events, outdoor celebrations, festivals, and private parties. The white chest pictured on this page has an insulated body and lid and a stated capacity of 165 quarts (approximately 156 liters). Use it as a back-of-house cooler for bottled drinks and ice, or position it near a staffed beverage station when that suits your layout.
Plan the number of coolers around your guest count, the type and quantity of drinks, available ice, and how often your team can restock. A cooler’s actual hold time depends on the weather, how often the lid is opened, and the contents. Keep the lid closed between service periods and choose a stable, shaded location when possible. This item is a plain white ice chest; for a more decorative beverage display, compare our separate Wine Barrel Ice Chest Rental.
Tell us your event date, location, and intended beverage setup so we can confirm availability and delivery details. Ask our team about the number of chests you may need, the exact unit supplied, and any ice or other beverage-service supplies you would like quoted separately. The listed $35 rental price is for the ice chest; confirm all additional items and services on your order.
How long will drinks stay cold? There is no fixed duration. Weather, ice quantity, contents, and lid use all affect cooling, so plan for your event conditions.
