• Please confirm the centerpiece’s approximate height, width, stand style, and design details before completing your reservation.
• Placement should be approved by the venue and coordinated with the final table layout.
• Open flames must not be placed near or underneath the floral arrangement.
• Battery-operated LED candles are recommended unless another option is approved by the venue.
• Do not cut, remove, rearrange, lean on, move, or alter any part of the centerpiece.
• Centerpieces must be placed on stable, level tables away from high-traffic areas.
• Outdoor use must be approved in advance and protected from rain, excessive heat, wind, and water.
• Cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply if the centerpiece is returned stained, wet, burned, altered, damaged, or missing components.
• Delivery, pickup, setup, removal, and additional floral design services are not included unless listed separately on the rental agreement.
